Advent Day 5: The Lord Our Everlasting Light

- It reminds me of Revelation 21:23 where this beautiful promise is also stated: "The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light and the Lamb is its Lamp."
- I'm so thankful that Jesus, our Everlasting Light, invaded our sin-sick, spiritually dark world. We were once blind but now we see!
- "Your days of sorrow will end."--This wonderful promise gives us hope and encouragement to be able to face anything on earth. Trials are temporary. The light of Christ's presence is everlasting.
