"My shield is God Most High, who saves the upright in heart. God is a Righteous Judge, a God who expresses His wrath everyday." Psalm 7:10-11
"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the Righteous Judge, will award to me on that day--and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for His appearing." 2 Timothy 4:7-8

Such a lovely WFW.
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful, I love verses about His creation praising Him.
ReplyDeleteBlessings & singing with these trees before the Lord! Jubilant in Him!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful view in this photo & indeed this verse speaks of His righteousness and reminds us that He will judge the world. Inspirational thoughts!
As I thought of Jesus coming to judge the earth, I thought of this: perhaps though it is not the earth's fault but those of us who inhabit it, all the natural disasters from fire, to hurricane, to flooding, to earthquake, to typhoon, to tornadoes could be judgement on the earth.
My photo was not taken by me, but the graphics I did on a photo I had in my files...if I had a photo of Jesus coming in the clouds, I pray we would be gone!
Thanks for your visits & sharing this Psalm with this great photo!
Great post and photo. Thank you!

Thank goodness we have the blood of the Lamb to make us white as snow! Blessings....
ReplyDeleteVery true! Many Christians are selective, only chose to believe that God is love and ignoring that God is a consuming fire as well.
ReplyDeleteGod bless you for your sharing.
