Review: The Chronological Study Bible NIV

I had always wanted to have a chronological Bible; therefore, I was quite excited when I got an opportunity to review this particular Bible. The Chronological Study Bible (NIV) presents the text of the Bible arranged in chronological order as the events actually took place. It includes Daily Life Notes (with various topics such as Marriage & Family, Politics & Government, Science & Technology, Trade & Economics, Plants & Animals, Health & Medicine, Arts & Literature, and more), Background Notes, transition commentaries, historical overviews, Time Panels, Time Charts, Time Capsules, and color maps that help readers understand life, culture, history, events, and locations in Bible times. I love the colorful illustrations and photos of places, people, and artifacts. This Bible is divided into 9 epochs. Each one starts with an introduction. At the end of the Bible, you'll find an index of Cultural and Historical Topics, glossary, concordance, an index of Scriptural passages, and daily reading plans. This beautiful Bible is an excellent resource for anyone who loves to study the Bible, enjoys history, and wants to explore God's Word in chronological order. Bonuses: This Bible is guaranteed for life (you can register online for your lifetime guarantee) and it provides the link to a free Bible Study Tools download. The only thing that I don't like about this Bible is that it uses the gender-neutral approach which is politically correct but not Biblically correct. I'm really disappointed about that!

~I received a free copy of this book free from the publisher through the BookLook Bloggers. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
